Help injured clients get money. That’s the essential part of what injury lawyers do. The amount of money they can negotiate over and above an insurance offer is paramount. We believe this is the most important performance criteria; Money Over Insurance Average (Money Average). It’s an average of how much more a Bankster gets a client over the first insurance offer.
Verification Process
To become verified as a Bankster, you must have a Money Over Insurance average of 12x or higher. This means a consecutive portion of your past case settlements have averaged 12x more money than the first insurance offer. There are, of course, many factors that can impact the value of a case. Banksters deal with the hand they’re dealt and consistently perform at a high level.
